Scouts/Explorers/Network: David Clare Memorial Archery Competition (Essex Scouts Event)

Calling all members of the Scout, Explorer and Network Sections from across Essex, who want to take on a new challenge and compete for the chance to win a coveted prize.

This year, for the first time in many years, Essex Scouts are excited to announce the return of The David Clare Memorial Archery Competition at Skreens Park on Saturday 8th July.

A whole day event, starting at 9am which includes a morning of instructing/coaching from expert instructors, a pause for lunch and then competition time in the afternoon. The day will finish approximately 5pm.

There are three different disciplines being showcased: Olympic, Field (Sherwood from Epic will be making a guest appearance – the wooden horse!) and clout (true Robin Hood style!).
