Chelmsford District Scout Council AGM 2021
Will we see you at the AGM?
With the current restrictions and uncertainty, it has been decided to hold this year’s Chelmsford District Scouts AGM via Zoom again. The date of Thursday 22nd July 2021 has been set. The meeting has been set to commence at 7.30pm.
Nomination forms (for those who need one) are attached for election to the District Executive.
1) 3 Elected posts for nomination by the District Scout Council members
2) The District Secretary has indicated a willingness to continue to serve but nominations can be accepted
3) The District Treasurer role is becoming vacant – although there is an existing Trustee willing to fill that post, but nominations can be accepted

Further details and Zoom login will follow closer to the AGM together with last year’s minutes and the financial report for inspection prior to the event, and any questions relating to the accounts will need to be directed to the District Treasurer before the AGM.
